Tatton Park in Cheshire opens its gates this week to welcome in gardeners from all over the country to the extravaganza that is the RHS Flower Show Tatton Park.
As always it's packed full of green-fingered excitement. Among the glamour of the set-piece show gardens are five designs based on the elements earth, wind, fire and water, as well as a garden designed and built by prisoners at HMP Styal in Manchester and the RHS National Young Designer of the Year competition where you can see cutting-edge new design ideas in action.
The show is packed with great ideas you can take home to your own garden, too. Find out how to use that awkward corner of the garden to grow loads of fruit and veg with Carl Gerrard's show garden inspired by a Salvation Army community allotment project, and take inspiration from quirky and colourful school gardens. Plus, of course, the wonderful Floral Pavilion with the best growers from across the North and further afield.
The RHS Flower Show Tatton Park runs from 23 - 27 July - find out more at www.rhs.org.uk/tattonpark. And simply bring your notebook back to our garden centre in Woking afterwards so we can help you turn your ideas into reality!
